These terms govern the use of camwhoswho.com ("Cam Who's Who", "the directory", "we"). Using the site means accepting them.
Age
The directory concerns adult live cam rooms. It may be used only by people aged 18 or over who may lawfully view adult material where they are. It must not be used where such material is prohibited.
Nature of the directory
Cam Who's Who compiles entries about performers who broadcast in public rooms on a third-party platform. Entries contain figures from our own automated readings and, for some performers, a short description of what was publicly visible. We do not produce, host or control any broadcast and take no part in what happens in a room.
Following a link to a room takes you to that platform, whose terms, privacy policy and payment rules then apply. Links to rooms are affiliate links: we may receive a commission when a visitor registers or makes a purchase there.
Accuracy
Figures are averages of automated readings and describe past habits only. Performers can change their hours, name or activity at any time. We correct errors once we know of them, but give no warranty that an entry is complete, current or accurate.
Use of the site
Do not copy entries or data in bulk, scrape the site in a way that loads its servers, interfere with its operation or security, or use it for anything unlawful.
Rights
The design, texts and compiled data of the directory belong to Cam Who's Who. Usernames, live images and broadcasts belong to their owners and are shown only to identify public rooms while they are open.
Removals
Performers can ask for their entry to be removed, and rights holders can send copyright notices, as described on the contact page.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Cam Who's Who is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or of any platform reached through it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
These terms may be revised. The date at the top shows the current version.
